Britney Spears in comeback move for MTV?

Corset fan Britney Spears has been rumoured to be making a comeback, as sources say she could be opening the upcoming MTV Video Music Awards (VMAs).
It comes as surprising news as only a few months ago her corset and mini skirt outfit far outshone her singing at a spate of gigs. Indeed the former pop darling made the headlines for her corset top coming undone and a string of other disasters rather being hailed for a great performance.
MTV has neither confirmed nor denied the possibility that Britney Spears will appear on the annual awards show on Sept 9th in Las Vegas.
Three years ago the pop princess raised eyebrows when she kissed Madonna onstage at the VMAs during a performance of Like A Virgin.
Fans of R & B singer Rihanna will be hoping she looks as good as she did in her leather bra and corset belt skirt when she performed at the MTV Movie Awards in Los Angeles. The singer is up for five awards, including best female performer, which means she is almost certain to feature at the award ceremony.
