Corset fan trio's comeback releases
September 12, 2007
Three famous corset fans are to release big new albums in November, after being off the pop music scene for some time.
Corset fans Madonna, Kylie Minogue and Britney Spears are all releasing new studio albums after a considerable hiatus.
Madonna is to release an eponymous album with tracks produced by Timbaland. The former frontrunner hopes the new music will take her back to her corset heydays, when she was an industry leader rather than a follower.
Kylie's offering will prove that she has fully beaten her breast cancer and problems in her love life. The new album features a Calvin Harris-produced track, In My Arms.
Meanwhile Britney Spears is supposed to be making a comeback with a November release date, although her recent performance at the MTV awards and her erratic behaviour have some doubting it will ever see the light of day.
Fresh details have emerged about her supposed comeback performance at the VMAs. While some have mocked her sequinned bikini outfit, a source revealed: "MTV wanted her to wear a corset outfit. It would have looked great and covered a lot of things up, but she hated it and didn't think it was sexy enough."
Apparently Ms Spears also turned up three-and-a-half hours late for the rehearsals drinking a frozen margarita. "Nobody can tell Britney what to do anymore. No one can control her. She is a mess," the source said.
