Corset fans Girls Aloud 'worth £34 million'
April 16, 2009
Girls Aloud are one lucky set of ladies.
The corset-loving songstresses are worth a total of £34 million, according to estimates from the Daily Mirror.
Cheryl's fortune is almost one-third of that at £10 million thanks to her role on The X-Factor.
But the rest of the group are rather recession-proof themselves, with Nadine worth around £6.7 million and Sarah, Nicola and Kimberley enjoying and average of £5.7 million each.
"Oozing glamour, sex appeal and talent, they are Britain's most successful girl band ever. And, thanks to a flair for business, Girls Aloud are now also one of the richest," explains the newspaper.
"But it's the deals that each of the girls have struck on their own that have really boosted their fortunes."
Fake eyelashes are their latest venture and ladies can now glam up their corsets with the things for just a fiver - and mix and match depending on which Girl they want to be.
