Corsets triumph at the Golden Globe

A number of stars at this year's Golden Globes ceremony appeared to be taking inspiration from corset-inspired fashion, allowing them to show off their curves on the red carpet.
Desperate Housewives star Eva Longoria opted for a burnt orange corset dress, which complimented her Latino skin tone, while Beyonce Knowles looked stunning in a silver dress with a corset top, which made the most of her voluptuous figure.
Meanwhile fashionista Renee Zellweger wore a black fishtail gown with a sheer top, which exposed the cream satin corset she donned underneath.
British actress Kate Winslet enjoyed a momentous night as she won both the Best Actress and Best Supporting Actress awards for her roles in Revolutionary Road and The Reader respectively.
The 33-year-old joked about her reputation for getting nominated for an Oscar five times yet never having won one.
She said: "You'll have to forgive me - I have a habit of not winning things."
