Dawn French in corset drama

A plus size corset has had to accommodate comedienne Dawn French as she filmed in a new BBC drama Lark Rise to Candleford.
Yet the corset is not the only addition to her look, as the brunette has also dyed her hair red because she refused to wear a wig for her role. Not only that, but Dawn also has a baby bump as her character is supposed to be pregnant - a storyline which amuses the comedienne.
"Imagine, why am I supposed to be pregnant at my age? I'm 50," she told the Times. At the same time as the interview Ms French revealed that her career with Jennifer Saunders is coming to a close.
The pair are putting together a retrospective programme, A Bucket o' French & Saunders, coupled with a farewell live tour, which will see the end of their current partnership.
This news comes as Dawn French's vehicle, The Vicar of Dibley, was named the tenth most influential British sitcom of all time.
