Jennifer Garner on corset diet

Actress Jennifer Garner said that while she found losing the weight she gained from being pregnant was difficult, it is easy to stay in shape now due to the corset she wears in her latest role.
The Alias star gave birth to daughter Violet 18 months ago, but admitted that losing the baby weight wasn't easy.
Speaking on The Morning Show With Mike And Juliet, the actress said: "At first I thought it would just happen. Eventually, I just hit the treadmill."
However, Ms Garner's current Broadway role as Roxane in Cyrano de Bergerac keeps her in shape. "I'm on a natural diet of being put in a corset every night!," she revealed.
But the benefit of a corset is not the only thing that attracted the 35-year-old to the role.
"In college, all I ever wanted was to be on stage," she said in Gotham magazine. "But never in my wildest dreams did I aspire to Broadway. It just seemed too farfetched."
Her body does not only have to get accustomed to the corset, but also a new way of working that is different from her film and TV roles. "The stunt stuff is just fun to do, it's acting with your whole body," she explained.
