Keira wins libel case against Daily Mail
May 24, 2007
We all know that Keira Knightley looks good in a corset, yet the Daily Mail had suggested that the young actress's bod was just too thin.
After the newspaper published an article about a young girl who died of anorexia next to a picture of Keira Knightley, the British actress threatened to take the Daily Mail to court for libellously suggesting that Keira might have an eating disorder.
Now Keira has won £3,000 in damages for the allegations the paper made, which means, we hope that she will be flaunting her naturally-slender figure in a corset again soon without having to worry.
This news comes as Pirates of the Caribbean: The World's End is previewing, which sees Keira swap her corset for a martial arts costume, although obviously the star looks good in anything.
