Corset-less Britney nearly pops out at birthday bash

Britney Spears nearly suffered a wardrobe malfunction when she wore an extremely low-cut dress to her 27th birthday party - an error that could have been avoided had she worn a corset.
The Womaniser singer has been sporting a series of corsets lately as part of the promo for her new album Circus.
But sadly, she appeared corset-less when she turned up to her birthday celebrations at Tenjune nightclub in New York on Tuesday night wearing an extremely low-cut tight grey dress.
If the mum-of-two had been wearing a made-to-measure corset, she would have fit snugly into the form-fitting dress and avoided having to pull the top up all evening.
Nevertheless, Britney looked happy and healthy after a turbulent few years following her divorce from Kevin Federline.
Earlier in the day she had performed on Good Morning America before turning on the city's Christmas lights at the famous Rockefeller Center.
