Posh unveils new range of corset dresses

Victoria Beckham has unveiled her new collection of dresses as part of New York Fashion Week, most of which feature in-built corsets.
The 34-year-old Spice Girl-turned fashion designer launched her first range of dresses last year.
Victoria showed off her second collection for autumn/winter in a private suite at the Waldorf Towers in New York on Sunday.
Speaking of the dresses, she said they were meant to give a perfect hourglass silhouette.
"This time, we have made the corset as a separate item. I've talked to my customers and found they would rather have the option of wearing the dresses without," she explained.
Hence Victoria said that wearing a lightly-boned corset with the dresses would add to its aesthetic appeal.
The Beckham effect could also be captured by wearing an overbust corset underneath clothing to give a nipped-in, streamlined appearance.
Victoria described her new collection as being "sexy, from a woman's perspective," as the small waist gives a sense of fifties glamour.
